A group of butterflies, a Kaleidoscope, fluttering in this colorful garden. The colorful, constantly shifting patterns reflect their surroundings. I used gelli prints from the plants in my backyard ard and was inspired by the butterflies I would see. To make them come alive, the three-dimensional butterflies were sculpted in fiber clay and adorned with silver leaf and iridescent paint. This mixed media painting measures 29" x 23" x 1.5" framed and is ready to bring joy to your home.
